Vacation Bible School
We create interactive experiences that will spark your child’s imagination and enhance their faith journey. With rockin’ music, compelling stories, goofy games, creative crafts, and so much more, your children will have an experience they will never forget! Our Vacation Bible School typically takes place the first full week after the July 4th holiday and is for preschoolers (age 3 by September 1) through students entering 8th grade in the fall. Kids are encouraged to save their coins for our “heavy offering” each year. It’s a contest! Who will win each year’s competition to raise the most money for our mission project?!?
VBS 2024 - Camp Firelight
Our 2024 Vacation Bible School took place on Sunday, July 7 through Thursday, July 11. Camp Firelight VBS invited children and youth to learn to trust God in every situation. We sang with our live VBS band, heard amazing stories grounded in scripture, played exciting games, created cool crafts, shared snacks, did science experiments and had loads of memorable fun together. Our goal for campers was to know that we can turn to God and trust God to help us share love with the world! THANK YOU to everyone who made our Camp Firelight Vacation Bible School experience one we will never forget!
VBS 2023 - Hero Hotline
Approximately 85 kids and 50 adults participated in PUMC’s Hero Hotline VBS on July 9 to July 13, 2023! We've learned everyone’s gifts are valued and each hero has a role to play. A HUGE thank you to all of the volunteer heroes at VBS this year! We had a terrific week.
